I completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. As an independent stylist, my time is carefully reserved just for you, and last minute changes can have a real impact on my ability to work and earn.
To keep things fair and sustainable for both of us, I kindly ask you to respect the following:
- Deposits A 20% deposit is required for all colour services to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final total.
- Cancellations within 48 hours Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the service booked.
- Cancellations within 24 hours / no-shows Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or missed without notice, will be charged in full.
These policies help protect the time I’ve set aside especially for you and allow me to continue offering a personalised, one to one service to every client.
